With Sony promising a Spider-Man universe movie “every year,” if you’re already exhausted by the relentless show-everything-before-you-see-movie marketing campaign, you ain’t seen nothing yet. But until those “Sinister Six” and “Venom” flicks get scheduled, we’re still on a bi-annual basis for Spidey, with the next one coming this summer.
Yet another preview has dropped for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” with a new international TV spot running one minute long making its way to the interwebs. There might be new flashes of scenes in there—frankly, it’s a bit hard to tell anymore—but it’s more evidence that Sony isn’t really concerned about spoilers, so much as making sure you buy a ticket. So that means lots of sizzle reel stuff, even if it means showing all the exciting parts of the movie before you settle in with a bucket of popcorn.
“The Amazing Spider-Man 2” arrives on May 2nd.
