Setting aside the issue of Braff looking to the general public to fund his film so he can get final cut, and acting as though his being denied it by his potential financiers is some sort of crime against high art, this story just sounds like the kind of stomach churningly self-indulgent nonsense that a millionaire actor with no idea of how the rest of us live thinks the world will be interested in. A 35 year old struggling actor whose biggest problem is that he can't afford to send his kids to private school? Please.
