I am happy there will be an Apes sequel. “Rise” passed under my radar initially. I actually just discovered it late one night last week. It was a slow shift for me at DISH so I went to DISHOnline.com to find something to watch. This is one of the few reboots/remakes of recent years that I really enjoyed, so I don’t have any problem with them continuing the series. An X-men sequel was a given. ID3D is kind of a joke; do we really need to take old movies and make them 3d when we can’t make good 3d movies today? What’s next, Gone With the Wind 3d?

It might've made the movie what it is, the fact that it was made in a tiny window, and the makers churned out a film they didn't over think. To me, it's easy to argue First Class is the best entry in the X-Men franchise. Singer's two entries were highly overrated, IMHO. The third one, the less the said, the better.
