I saw DOFP in theaters thrice, but skipped buying and even viewing it since because I want to feel fresh for the Rogue Cut, which I will consider the authentic story. Rogue\’s my fave, and I was burned when the news came that she was cut just to expodite the story. Superhero movies deserve long running times even more than dramas. DOFP was the only chance in the series to connect old with new, past with modern. Rogue was a big part of the original so I cannot wait to see this version incorporate her with the rest of the alumni.
