Basically the film is two parts. A drama with Pitt and Penn and a sort of wildlife documentary on the history of earth that will basically span from the creation of the earth to the dawn of man.

That’s where the dinosaurs will be, so one is like watching a history or discovery-like doc on planet earth and the other is a drama.

How they will connect — if at all — is anyone’s guess.

Which makes me wonder if Colin Farrell isn’t somthing of a bad luck charm. A great director made a boring film with him there, and then Michael Mann made the crapfest Miami Vice with him and Oliver Stone made Alexander. Note to directors…if u want an epic, don’t cast him.
