It says \”Bodies by Jason\” on the SUV in the background so it must be the same character. Unless Jason Segel is playing another character named Jason, which would be really weird.

I always took that line \”I\’m going to go make a protein shake\” for being his vulgar way of saying \”I\’m going to go masturbate\”

Based on the way his character was, this always made sense to me.
