At the point in the film when Cheryl arrives in Oregon and the hippies are sitting around outside listening to a guy with a guitar, the song he plays is, I think, an old Grateful Dead song. Does anyone know what it is? It comes in the soundtrack immediately before Ripple.

Robert, the song your asking about is a Grateful Dead song, its called Box of Rain. Phil Lesh, the bass player wrote the song while his father was sick and dying. So it holds a lot of meaning to Phil, he still plays the song till this day 🙂
