Coster-Waldau is a great choice for slightly older Batman. He's in his 40's but in great shape. GOT season 3 proved that he has range. He can sell the rich playboy role, but at the same time he's believable as a dark depressed anti-hero.

Simple- Colin Farrell or Jake Gyllenhaal. Both are physically suitable, age appropriate and damn good actors. Or what about a complete left-turn by casting Michael Keaton?! That way the Burton Batman series would be within the continuity of the DC Cinematic Universe, thus leaving no need to tell the origin story again in future stand-alone Batman movies. And when Keaton ages out down the line, have a new character take over the Batman mantle.

I would love to see Matt Bomer cast as the new Batman. He'd be perfect, the guy can act, and has the perfect look for Bruce Wayne. He would have to put on a bit of Mass, but I don't see that as being too much of a problem.

Out of the Batman choice topic, just a litlle message for those who come here just to hate and complain, probably because they dont have anything else to do.
No one cares for what you think about man of steel or if it was bad or good or if snyder is a bad director, not everyone has the same opinion or taste as you, and this doesnt even mean i like the guy as a director, because i don't, or that i liked man of steel, i enjoyed it but also thought it could have been a lot better. but you dont see me complaining… but someone with a a few brains has its own opinion and its own taste and if they like it good for them if they dont well better luck next time.
Having said that i agree with the (one) person that said that you spend to many time on your computer and cant even apreciate anything anymore.
Just be grateful that someone is even making and trying to make this movies for you and if you don't like it dont't watch it or even better try to do a better job yourselfs and stop complaining, except you cant and probably most of you who just complain and think they could would do a 100 times worst, but in here everybody is an expert and a bench coach always thinking they could do something better even if its something that you probably dont even know how to do .
I am sorry for everyboyd else who didnt came here to complain or hate but i just hate these ungrateful dumb people who dont even apreciate what others try to do for them and all they know how to do is criticise others.

I'm hoping that Snyder & company are misdirecting us by denying a direct adapt of the Miller classic. Coster-Waldau would be a great choice that Dark Knight.
Then if my hopes come true the next huge casting decision would involve The Joker.

Man of Steel was terrible. God, it was unbearable to watch.
