Page plays an architecture student, studying in Paris (in the trailer). The posters, trailers & branding all point to the cityscape & architecture therein being linked the the brain, or rather the mind. They are depicted as having a maze like quality that is evident in the films branding.

If you need to build, or construct something, even in the world of dreams, you will need an architect.

I'm sure Ellen Page will have a larger role than you expect. I had her penned in for the sidekick role.

What I was expecting:

Some neat posters. Perhaps revealing the nature of the roles. Like, who's who. Not who dies.

I'm not shitting my pants or anything, but you should operate under the assumption that most film goers don't want the one worthwhile blockbuster this Summer spoiled for them. It's just inconsiderate, and if the post were to contain spoilers, it would be nice, preferred, dandy, if you will, for it to be noted in the headline, and placed after a jump, not pretty obviously in the first paragraph for even scanning eyes to see.

Hadn't been reading press on this because it being an original screenplay by an exciting director, I wanted it to be entirely fresh and I wanted to know nothing about the plot.
