thanks for the Aquatic mp3z! i needed some of these. let me introduce myself. My name is Michael. I run a great soundtrack site called The Inferno Music Crypt. lots of genres are covered. especially horror. but i’m branching out to others.

I just recently took upon myself to seek out the missing tracks from the The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou soundtrack. i have the album and the aquatic sessions with Seu Jorge. including the bonus track. i did this hunt because someone requested it and i never seen the movie but of course heard of it. I listened to the ost and loved it!

I had a question tho the inner space mp3s you posted. are they complete? i wasn’t sure since they’re both exactly 1 min long. i have a few of the missing tracks. but you probably have all i have missing wise. Care to help me in this hunt friend? i’ll credit u on my blog when i finally post if you can help. let me know bro.

One minor squibble with the Steely Dan bit… I think you might’ve misinterpreted their letter. As with their open letter to Luke Wilson (where they hilariously threaten bodily harm to Owen over stealing You, Me & Dupree from one of their songs,) SD’s open letter is meant to be comedy. It’s subtle, to be sure, but when you dial it in, it’s pretty funny. Just check the lyrics to their fake theme song “Darjeeling Limited”.
