Personally even though marvel racks up all the cash with the avengers and spiderman and all, dc of late are making movies that make at least some if not all comic-book sense, I can bet on the fact that millions of batman comic book readers were thrilled to see characters such as talia al ghul and dagget and all that, marvel just seems flash-bang 3D cheesiness

Archrival is one word, I believe. And DC Comics is one company. So Marvel is either beating out archrival, DC Comics, in the movie world, or you forgot to mention other companies.

I can see DC doing a reverse Avengers. Have the Justice League movie first to establish the cast and then script those stars into their own solo moves which could culminate to a second Justice League movie if they work the story lines properly

Yeah, this makes a lot of sense really. It's not shocking at all if you consider that movies like superhero tentpole flicks will take around two years at least to produce, from scripting to pre-production, shooting, and post. Now the studios get a 1 year time span to work out some kind of plan. I hope they do figure out a solid way to catch up with Marvel's pretty ambitious and well done production route.
