Hey, if we're being called elitist for sneering down on what's clearly the year's worst line-up of films (aside from maybe last weeks), so be it. I'll gladly take that and won't apologize an inch.

People that are actually interested in 90% of January releases* are... well, you know...

(*not counting December stuff that went wide like harvey, defiance, etc.)

Last Chance Harvey is supposed to be very decent. I had a screening and was gonna go, but i missed it. I was looking fwd to it. Not sure if i’ll pay to see it though. I think my time would be well spent renting old Pressburger, Lean or Wilder films I might not have seen (for a random example, it’s the kick i’m on…)

And yet again, much like the case was for "Marley & Me" on X-mas, my family will be whisking me away to see "Last Chance Harvey", not that we could all agree on an Oscar contender to watch, anyways.
