I loved X Men but Michael Fassbender is one of my favorite actors working right now and of course James McAvoy is a great actor. They made Xmen and oh Jennifer lawrence was great too. I have been a fan of XMen but Xmen 3 was horrible but thankfully First Class was done right and with the actors leading it was worth seeing in theaters.

However this is the only blockbuster film I have seen all summer. I havent seen any other films out at the moment besides Xmen because I like to read and be outside rather than have movie theaters take my soul with how much movies are today. a friend from New Zealand says he never goes to the movies and why i asked. Because its $20 bucks. Just shoot me Hollyweird.

If Hollyweird stops putting out this crap that is super expensive to make and starts putting out more intelligent, entertaining films that arent geared towards just Twilight teens I will be happy. I live near a more artsy type theater that shows films that nobody knows about that are great. So I will stop complaing about that.

Unforunately I learned in my film classes that teens are what drive Hollywood. They put out films because teens are the ones who go to the movies the most. But thankfully good stuff does get made it just takes longer to see it sometimes.

Green Lantern one was one of the most painful movies I have ever seen this year, it was so awful. Blake Lively was so wooden, stories weren\'t given the time to be told properly, everything was rushed.. And they tried the Marvel after-credits-scene which was supposed to get viewers excited for the next movie but this one did the exact opposite, I ain\'t gonna watch GL 2. Worst movie of the year

padre, Jim Carrey is still a bankable star, but he continues to sign on to lousy films , that people don\'t want to see. He would be wise to only pursue quality scripts with lead roles or supporting roles. The guy is already filthy rich, and he can afford to be picky. And , you are right, his over-the-top acting style has become a nuisance.

It\'s not even close to being the end of the superhero gravy train! Just Green Lanterns for the near future. First Class was coming off the poorly recieved X3 and Wolverine origins. Yet First Class came back strong wiith great critical and fan reviews. It\'s like 88% on Fixster, and 87% on RT. Green lantern is 65% on Fixster and 23% on RT. Not to mention First Class\' $55 million opening is all off 2D, while Geen Lanterns 53 milion is 46% from 3D. First Class is a qulified hit, GL is a dissappointment. People forget thet Batman Begins only openened to $49 million it\'s opening weekend following the terrible Batman and Robin. It had to re-establish it\'s greater fanbase. It did being well made and recieved, which lead into TDK. First Class is similar. Thor too, had a great start to a lesser known character. It was well recieved for the most part, by fans and critics and whose brand will only get stronger in next years AVENGERS.. Green Lantern frankly fails on both counts. It appears to be in the Batman and Robin catagory. A sequel for GL at this point looks to be in doubt. It will probably be rebooted ten years down the line. Let this be a lesson to DC and make sure the come strong with the Flash! Green Lantern should have been epic, make sure the Flash is.

Randomish Thoughs:

Emma Roberts has creepy eyes. Audiences may be avoiding her movie for fear that she will EAT THEIR SOULS.

Reynolds has a comedy face, with slightly bulbish nose, no cheek bones and long face. Action Star faces have blade like noses and jawlines that can crush steel. The best action faces have more planes and angles than a geometry quiz and cheek bones that can cut glass. Tom Welling needs to start doing action movies, because he has one of the best Action-Star-looks I\'ve seen in years.

Jim Carrey is now middle aged and audiences don\'t want to see him doing slapstick, over-the-top comedy. Just like Steve Martin started out as a wild and crazy guy, but mellowed with age, audiences would like Carrey better if he toned it down now. He is officially \"too old for this shit\" and the audience who loved him years ago are also older now, and like a mellower sort of humor themselves.
