Another fail of the famous classic by bad casting.

'A good heart will help you to a bonny face, my lad,' I continued, 'if you were a regular black; and a bad one will turn the bonniest into something worse than ugly.'

Heathcliff was not black nor was he white. Casting could have been made much better. Such a disappointment.

Is it commonplace for a UK movie to get a DVD release so far ahead of the American theatrical? You could buy this in stores in late March over there.

Loved "Red Road". Loved "Fish Tank". However, this version of "Wuthering Heights" is the worst film I saw this year.

Red Road knocked my socks off. Kate Dickie, wow, one of those rare performances without a false note, like David Thewis in Naked or Eric Bana in Chopper.
