He doesn\’t have the charisma to be a leading man. You need to be more than just tall with a British accent. Hoult, Max Irons, Theo James, Liam Hemsworth, Sam Clafin–none of them have had any kind of breakout success or done any outstanding work, and yet they still keep getting cast in film after film. It\’s a sad commentary on the film industry today that being passably good looking is enough to have a viable film career. Hoult also reminds me of Garrett Hedlund, who has been given chance after chance and still is not happening.
