There are a few flashes of new footage, but yes, 95% of this is exactly the same as the first trailer.

It\’s not the same trailer. It is a very a similar trailer. However, there are a few new shots that were not in the old trailer

I saw it a couple of months ago (hurray Belgium), and despite the fact that the women were pretty much disposable (which is a mere result of the way the film is constructed but nevertheless angered me), I did really like it. I remember feeling empty inside afterwards.
