The way you put it, your critic gave this film a D because he thought that Philomena was a better film. Is this reasonable? According to this rationale, your critic should have torn to pieces Philomena then, since it could very well be considered as an unfortunate rip-off of Driving Miss Daisy AND of the Magdalene Sisters.
