With director Bryan Singer withdrawing from all press for the forthcoming “X-Men: Days Of Future Past” as allegations against him of sexual abuse are investigated, Fox will slightly have to course-correct for the next month as they get ready to drop the film in theaters. And whatever may be happening with the filmmaker isn’t stopping the marketing onslaught.
A new international trailer (via Flickering Myth) for ‘DOFP’ has landed, and look closely, because you’ll see a handful of small new moments that will delight your inner geek. As for the TV spots, they’re here in international and domestic flavors, each offering a different take on the blockbuster. As for the film, it looks like Bolivar Trask (Peter Dinklage) and his Sentinels are the enemy, with the mutant heroes forced to go travel through time and stop him or something. We’re still not clear on all that stuff.
But we’ll soon find out—”X-Men: Days Of Future Past” arrives on May 23rd.
