It was one of those rare films, for me, in which the lack of understandable plot didn't matter so much because the atmosphere it created was truly enthralling. This one, however, looks like it completely misses the boat in that regard as well as the mystery that is the town and its "evil(er) twin". Instead, it looks derived from standard 1980s slasher fare.
