Anybody else kind of think this was a prequel to transporter? The driver comment he made and then when Statham was waiting in the car and overheard the boy and the mom talking about the guessing game he used to play with the boy in transporter 2?

Is the direction really that exciting or is Knight lucky to be working with one of the best working cinematographers in Chris Menges ('Kes', 'The Mission')?
