With "Ghostbusters" on the horizon, and his hands in "Play-Doh," Paul Feig has graduated to the level of tentpole director. So, you might have forgotten that his early career found him the master of creating funny, flawed characters like those in the beloved "Freaks & Geeks." Even "Bridesmaids" benefitted from having three dimensional people at the core of the outrageous comedy. Can he work that touch again with "Other Space"? Well, see for yourself in the first trailer.
Featuring Joel Hodgson and Trace Beaulieu of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" fame, along with Karan Soni, Eugene Cordero, Milana Vayntrub, Conor Leslie, Neil Casey and Bess Rous. It’s a comedy that’s basically "The Office" but set on a spaceship, with wackier characters, including a talking coffeemaker and a man-fish hybrid.
