I was cracking up with that last shot in the trailer. It was unintentionally funny. Rookie mistake. Effects look great. Don't see why everyones been hyping this up so much though…. Hm…..

Looks thrilling! my anticipation has hit the roof. The visual effects and cinematography look spectacular! certainly reminiscent of Space Odyssey. With speculation aside now, Gravity is easily this year's "Life Of Pi" or "Avatar".

Cauron is so overrated. He falls into Del Toro territory for me, all praise with only one great film to show for it (Y Tu MamÃ¡ TambiÃ©n and Pan's Labyrinth respectively).

I like Cuaron a lot in general but one thing is clearly wrong here; Sandra Bullock. The way she scream is very very weird considering she's about to get freaking lost in space! She is incredibly miscast, what a shame when you see the level of talent interested/attached/wishlisted.
The visual is good too but far far from "an outstanding" cinematography.

I initially wasn't sold on the idea of Bullock, but she has an everywoman quality that could work well. Angelina Jolie is too sexy and too action-y to be taken seriously as an astronaut in a film like this.

Look for Lubezki's first Oscar on this come next year. Like Avatar, Inception, Hugo, and Life of Pi before it, Gravity looks like it'll easily fit into the category of the visually sumptuous fare that garnered cinematography Oscars for the other four films.

Gave me chills. I agree with Freddie — the concept freaks me out and gives me a terrible sense of vertigo. Really looking forward to this. Bullock is a far better actress than a lot of people give her credit for and Cuaron's skill as a filmmaker is undeniable.

Seeing Clooney floating around in a space suit just takes me out of it entirely (and no, I didn't see Solaris with him). But I'm sure the only way they could get financing for it was to have someone as big as him in the film.

ONLY hitfix is reporting Ed Harris is in the movie. Not one other person who's seen recent screenings and mentioned it or any official cast list has Ed Harris listed as hitfix claims. No other film site is reporting it, only relinking to this dubious report.
While it would be fun and interesting, perhaps, but I'd take this report with a grain of salt.
It's either an awesome scoop, or an unsupported claim of the kind that site is is known for…
