Another unfunny Funny Or Die skit that is going to get praised & passed around the Internet as "Hilarious" simply because it features two famous Hollywood actors slumming it for an afternoon. This stuff is trite click bait.

I am impressed, it\’s funny and simple.. it doesn\’t really get to the \’elements\’ of True Detective but it\’s just a funny concept put within that framework of gritty cinematography

Hmm… Not impressed. It\’s not really a parody of True Detective at all. In fact, other than the title of the sketch and the image of them sitting across the table from two black men who are questioning them, it doesn\’t even feel like the creators of the sketch have actually seen True Detective. There are so many iconic elements of it that could be parodied, and this one doesn\’t hit any of them.
