After prisoner\’s i knew this guy was an amazing talent that needed to be watch. Prisoner\’s was so well directed. I predicted Sicario would be amazing as soon as he announce he was making it. This short is great too

I\’m new to this man\’s work but next floor is a startling achievement in storytelling and the craft and art of filmmaking. Never has the race to the bottom been depicted so poetically and yet so accurately. It\’s at once hilarious and vicious, evoking "Brazil" but still wonderfully original.

for recent fans of Villeneuve, i highly recommend Polytechnique and Maelstrom. both exhibit mature qualities of a talent growing toward greatness with each film. i\’d say Incendies is his greatest achievement to date, having not seen Sicario yet.
