It is on the Image Entertainment website under the forthcoming theatrical tab. They also already have a dvd/blu solicited for the spring.

I think Newmarket films has quietly went belly-up. The President of Newmarket left the company this past fall and formed a new outfit called Wreckin Hill Entertainment. Never a good sign.
