@Ballz2dawall ofcorse the comparisson is made. No doubt that the director/dop used the scene from Oldboy as a refference or to make an homage. If you can\’t see the simularities it\’s not the youtubers analysis you should be afraid of.

I\’ve watched this scene a few things and I still wonder how the cameraman negotiated the door off the hinges during a couple of the long passes. Looks really smooth.

Despite almost giving up on this show (the first 15 minutes of the pilot were embarrassingly bad), I went back and it does get a lot better. What I like about this fight scene is how much takes place off-camera. Well done, guys.

These video analysis videos are ridiculous. I\’m not even watching that shit. Started watching Daredevil yesterday, and stopped after this episode. Crap show made for fourteen year olds. And something told me that after watching this last and final episode that some dickhead youtuber would compare it to Oldboy.
