It's a beautiful, neon-soaked, blood-drenched, Oedipus-themed nightmare that is endlessly analysable without being boring about it.

OGF is such a ballsy and extreme piece of work. It's like watching a Rembrandt picture in motion, or Dante's Inferno. More like Refn's inferno. But in artistic terms it's a nice companion piece to Drive which is the dream version of the nightmare that OGF is. I Walk with the Dead is my most anticipated film. Much love, Nic.
