I really hope no more Kloves and David Yates on this movie and NO "time turner" (young) characters from the ex-Potter movies especially Ms. Watson. It's nice to see some fresh actors. Kind of sick and tired of those young actors from the Potter movies especially the fandoms,

It's a magic universe with "time turners," an appearance by any character is technically possible.

I may be revealing to much in disclosing the extent of my knowledge of the Harry Potter universe, but I'm personally excited at the potential for Rowling to flesh out the rise of Grindelwald and his eventual downfall at the hands of Dumbledore.

Following the canon timeline, the duel occurs in 1945 (likely no coincidence) and the Fantastic Beasts storyline should begin around 1910-20 (given Harry was actually born in 1980, with the events of the books happening throughout the 1990s). As this new series is scheduled to be a trilogy, there may be enough scope to incorporate the Dumbledore/Grindelwald storyline.
