I just listened to the interview, and for once, Gallo actual seems 99% serious — and in context, he sounds like he has a very good case.

I'm not saying he doesn't mean many of the things he says, but he always phrases it for maximum shock value and press attention. I mean, the dude attends fashion shows and (correctly) ended up apologizing to Roger Ebert — not exactly Mr. Evil, here. He's just playing up his "persona."
