Clark is not for the easily offended or politically correct. Ken Park is a masterpiece and this sounds just as good.

His films are getting harder and harder to track down. I remember renting Kids and Bully and having to watch Ken Park and Wassup Rockers as part of some film festivals but I missed Marfa Girl (I really liked Wassup Rockers). I don't mind films without story or being very sexually explicit but that toe sucking scene does seem a bit creepy. Hopefully once we get to see it outside of Europe there's a better cut of the film.

Well dayum.... I was looking forward to it because I saw Kids a couple of years ago and although I didn't enjoy watching it I...liked it? Also being French I was kind of curious to see what the Larry Clark universe would look like set in my city...But again "dayum". It sounds like what "My Own Private Idaho" (which might be my favorite film of all time) would have been like if it hadn't been made by people or dare I say artists with talent. I usually don't take reviews seriously unless they are good because I like to get excited about things and be positive but your description of some of those scenes disgusted me so I can't even imagine seeing them. Anyway I feel for you.
