It worked with the 1985 Clue because they used the characters as a springboard for the movie\’s plot, but Oujia and most of those games don\’t have characters or a plot. Universal basically paid Hasbro a ton of money to use the names as movie titles, which is a stupid, stupid, stupid business decision.
