Life is Hard was on Dylan's last album, but it was written specifically for the film, as the director asked him to do it. Films take longer to release than albums do. And the song playing throughout the trailer is Precious Angel from the album Slow Train Coming…great song.

"Life is Hard" is not exactly a new song by Dylan, it's from last year's "Together Through Life". And to completely disaggree with you, I am rather unenthused by the trailer… and Whitaker looks and acts retarded.
