The acting is spectacular. The jumps from scene to scene were, at times, incoherent and I agree there weren\’t enough songs. I\’m thinking Abraham did the pacing deliberately in this uneven way to reflect the structure of a Hank Williams\’ song. While there\’s good stuff in this movie I wish it had been more apparent that William suffered from chronic pain and self medicated.

This will be up for Academy Awards…I really enjoyed it and I\’m not sure what movie this critic saw but he doesn\’t get paid unless he criticizes, go see it you will enjoy it. Good date movie.

This was a really nice movie with great acting and it has a great feel to it. Tom sings exactly like hand and I liked the direction as well.
