Sounds really similar to "make them die slowly" if you haven't seen it , it's a 80s flick but brutal as hell and eye covering scenes that made me cringe . A group searching amazon tribe and wish they never found them.

Definitely looking forward to "The Green Inferno". Not sure where all the hate is coming from but personally I think Roth makes smart, inventive, interesting horror films in a world of reboots of reboots of Friday the 13th, PG-13 zombie movies, and watered down Carrie remakes. I loved Cabin Fever and both Hostels. Can't wait for September.

what about Hostel 2 is "hugely disappointing"? i'd say it is his best work.

Cabin fever was mediocre. Both Hostels were dumb, boring and miles away from being even a little bit scary.
To me Eli Roth is a extremely overrated director and has yet to make a decent film. This review doesnÂ´t suggest he delivered this time.
