The writer of this article not only misses the point of the film, but also the name of one of the few main characters (she's literally the central figure, and fixation of the film).

I can't forgive the fact that this movie is two and half hours, where the name Linda is said continuously, and the writer of this review can't remember it.

Obviously the reviewer was angry and bored by the film because he couldn't wrap his mind around the film's very unique system of beliefs. Perhaps he should read the Tibetan Book of the Dead. Or perhaps not, because he would find himself bored, and would keep wondering "why you can't just be reborn already!!!?!!!ugh. urg".

Hey guy. If you're reading this. Yeah. Think about tits. Think about love. Think about what binds you to this world. Think about TITS. Womb to tomb. That will keep you coming back for more. The movie needs to end the way it does. It's the entire point of the film. Enter The Void is straight up one of the most incredible works of art I've ever witnessed. If you can't enjoy it; all that means is that you haven't reached a certain level of understanding the messed up dynamics of libido and attachment. In my personal opinion, I feel bad for you.

Oh and there is nothing Kubrick about this film. There is nothing David Lynch about it. Drawing comparisons like that is not only offensive to Noe but also to those other incredible film makers. They are unique. If you want to comment on film. Please generate your own opinions instead of resorting to referencing other creators with entire bodies of work.

The Playlist aren't lazy, they just don't much care for movies with "soul". If it hints of spirituality they can usually be expected on cue, with flamethrowers in hand.
