Saw the film on Monday and it\’s great. Rachel Weisz and the rest of the cast give amazing performances. As for the term cougar, it does not really apply here.

Some studio pick this movie up, Please! Also, doesn\’t the term cougar apply only when much older women aggressively pursue younger men? I\’m not trying to start a fight, just curious if the term is conditional or if applies to any situation in which an older woman and a younger man are involved in a relationship? Also, I haven\’t seen the film, and the term (as much as I dislike it) may may apply in context anyway.

I love Rachel! She\’s a great example to mature women in relationships with younger men around the country.
It is amazing how society is more accepting of cougar relationships these days with their rising popularity and how cougars have been empowered and liberated around the world. I hope more actresses will play cougars in movies from now on.
