This was a movie where I had no clue what was going on in Juliette Binoche\’s head and I didn\’t care enough to want to find out. There was one moment especially (the wine bottle scene followed immediately by Binoche presumably getting off to it) suddenly changed the movie from a housewife obsessed with \’sexually liberated\’ prostitutes to something a lot more sinister. Movie never even bothered to expand on that scene though, just goes out with a whimper.
