He tricked Miss McKinney into an interview by pretending they were "from Showtime network doing a series on people whose lives were destroyed by tabloids". He then edited what she said, and like the tabloids, altered her body by putting a naked body on her head. While the conniving Errol Morris kept her busy on camera, his sleazy producer–MARK LIPSON plundered through her luggage and stole pictures of her, and also robbed her of two film treatments she herself and written about two incidents in her life, even making copies of it and her private diary and ripping apart her 33 year old scrapbook which she had waded through hurricane waters to save, and even stole family photograph album. Morris and LIpson were deceitful and LIPSON even assaulted her, telling her Morris would save her service dog which had been illegally taken to the pound. (She is now elderly, handicapped and partially blind). Knowing he could be prosecuted for theft, Lipson took advantage of her terror, physically assaulted her by painfully twisting her arm which had been re-constructed after an amputation, and made her right hand bleed by stabbing her by shoving a pen in it and demanding she sign the contract. He put her under SEVERE duress, and told her that her dog would die if she didn't sign a contract (to keep LIPSON from being arrested for burglary and theft]. They promised to pay for a lawyer to save him the dog but instead went in collaboration with pound killers who tortured him before they killed him as the noble fellow fought valiently for his life. THAT'S what scum Errol Morris and his henchmen are! So don't praise them or give them ANY awards! Some "documentarian". A true documentary is facts, not fantasy and fabrication and silly trash about 112 pound beauty queens raping 300 pound men. THE TRUE JOYCE MCKINNEY STORY is NOT a "COMEDY"– it is a SERIOUS story about a CULT RESCUE, YOU IDIOTS!!!! Errol Morris did NOT tell the Joyce McKinney story. He and his slimey cronies PAID tabloids hoodlum to lie on her. One was connected with a sleazy pornographic tabloid who bribed a man to burglarize her home in1978. The other was a man who hardly knew her and especially nothing about what went on in England. The third was a tabloid reporter himself. ERROL MORRIS "researcher" lied to Miss McKinney and told her they were ding a program to clear her name. Instead, they slandered her beyond belief and have caused her and her family extreme emotional anguish, for which they will be sued. And yes, they are being sued to the tune of twenty million dollars. Eight lawyers volunteered to represent her. So unless you want to be sued too, we suggest you remove this filthy article from the internet and especially the faked nude with her head pasted on someone else's naked torso which the tabloids have floated around for years.
