As for the film, I wanted badly to love it but ended up only liking it. Not as good as Gone Baby Gone imo. John Toll's cinematography was better than Robert Elswit's, Harry Gregson-Williams' score was better for Gone Baby Gone, and none of the actors in The Town could match the realism of Amy Ryan or the intensity of Ed Harris.
