Perhaps Cuaron is too busy with that film to come over and approve the transfer or appear in the extras. Perhaps as that film nears completion we will finally see it. Or perhaps they wan to tie the release in with Gravity's theatrical release sort of like they did with Following and Dark Knight Rises.
