I suppose I should finally see one of his films now. It's probably not worth mentioning the dearth of Asian films at this point? Maybe one's just used to making that complaint since there's technically four in comp. this year. Still odd there's seven U.S.-set films and only four Asian films, but I suppose Cannes needs some star-power fuel. I was hoping for the return of Hou or Tsai, both of whom I have no idea what they are working on.
