I have a feeling "The Counselor" will get moved because Fox wants big boxoffice from that and you can't compete with a duo like Di Carpio-Scorsese. I don't expect Touchstone to be that expectant of "The Fifth Estate" though. They just want to get the buzz going at first and rely on critical response.
