This seems fake and odd. I read somewhere that next week the trailer and poster will be released.
Loki is a great villain and can be more dark and insane. It depends on the script. In Thor, some great scenes were deleted showing his deep side. In Avengers he could be more destructive sadly Joss Whedon couldn't capture his wrath.
Tom Hiddleston is a great actor. An Oscar in making.
