I think you\’re unfair about Farrell\’s Terry in "Cassandra\’s Dream." It gets more flack than it deserves. And "The New World" definitely deserves more than a mention.

He was terrific in Miss Julie and Tigerland, and was easily the best thing about Saving Mr Banks. He is one of those actors I have never really been blown away by but always wanted more for him. In Bruges was a great showcase and now I\’m looking forward to The Lobster.

Ondine is a really solid performance and a much overlooked film. Catch it if you can. He was simly stellar in In Bruges, he should have won an Oscar for that. He hasn\’t chosen the best material over the years, but he\’s a brilliant actor.

Oof, I do not think he\’s good in Miss Julie. There are individual moments and scenes that show his talent, but quite frankly, none of the actors in that film seemed to understand the material or their characters. There\’s no cohesion at all.

Colin Farrell is a great actor and this will become evident in the future. He has given his all in every role he\’s played. If a film did not work, the script or direction let him down. I see him winning an Oscar one dayh.

As a genuine fan you should be definitely checking "London boulevard" out. It\’s the movie that made me see Farrell as a very good and all-round actor.
