I loved Legacy a lot and I'm clearly not the only one, mostly bc of Renner's great performance IMO, but I agree there were mistakes with the pacing of the film (Gilroy was not the right director for this IMHO). So I'm looking forward to see what Lin will do with this! Here's to hoping for an awesome, great storyline plse!

Legacy did exactly one good thing. It showed that Gilroy was not, ever, the real guiding force behind the trilogy. Now that he's out there may a chance Damon will come back.
