It\’s very co that they are incorporating this epic (yet pretty obscure) storyline. And I think it\’s great that Marvel is tying a lot of their films together, just like the Marvel Universe in the comics. I wonder if they\’d make this storyline into an Avengers movie trilogy?

Now Thor will be a stretch for me anyway though i get a kick out of what I\’ve seen but the Kree and the Skrull don\’t fit in a RDJ/Tony Stark universe for me.

A faceless big bad so we have no moral questions about killing these guys? Droid army anyone?

That will be part of the story, but it\’ll be dealt with pretty early on. I think Gabe\’s analysis of the potential plot is pretty spot-on.

If anyone\’s been checking out the new animated series, they\’ve been setting up a Kree/Skrull plot that seems pretty similar to what the movie might be.

And I\’d bet money that Clark Gregg\’s character turns out to be a Skrull.

Why not go with the Avengers trying to stop a rampaging Hulk film first? It looks more and more likely Marvel is going to royally f#$k everything up before it even gets started.
