Leto and Wayans were outstanding too, but Burstyn really made the film special. Connelly was so-so, as always.

Jackman was incredible in The Fountain, too. I guess I can see why that movie is often derided, but if you ask me – it's Aronofsky's best work by a mile, followed by Requiem.
