I am glad to see La Dolce Vita in your list, also the paragraph you wrote on it perfectly depicts the breath-taking sensation this masterpieces conveys. As other people I am surprised you have not picked the celebrated Taxi Driver and Leopard, which are among the best. I\’d suggest you\’d mention hte magnificent Farewell my concubine by Chen Kaige, that won the palme d\’or in 1993.

This is that rare thing on the Internet: a solid list. Its only sin is in omission, but with there being only room for 15, it's forgivable. I'm not going to scoff at leaving out Tree of Life or Taxi Driver if you've got Underground and All That Jazz on the list.
