Another extremely overrated film. But this time it won\’t be like Argo and win a bunch or Oscars. Sorkin, Fassbender and Winslet will get the nods they wanted since they joined this project but nothing more. I prefer The Man In The Machine, a less manipulative film about Steve Jobs, a guy that many people could\’t care less about. Except Hollywood maybe.

I read the script and I think it\’s weird that the entire film is basically just Jobs preparing for 3 different important speeches he gave throughout his career. Also the father/daughter part of the story is so incredibly forced and doesn\’t feel genuine at all especially that ending ugh so cheesy

Michael Fassbender is due for a win and Kate Winslet has to return to The Oscars immediately. Actors of their caliber should almost have a place kept for a nomination every time they act. The reviews for Steve Jobs I\’ve read thus far suggest the film is terrific and both, especially Fassbender, stand a chance for at least a nomination.
