Great Review!! I thoroughly enjoyed this film and was very moved by Sendak. He is truly a man captivated by the innocence of life and the threat of death in children's lives. He uses many of his works to openly discuss these thoughts. His stories may be dark for very young readers but the emotions they provoke serve to expand children's minds and essentially create more insightful and sensitive young people
